Postage & Returns

All orders are processes in 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise and orders are not sent out on holiday dates.

You will expect to receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed, then once your order has been packed and dispatched you will then receive a second email confirming that your order is in transit. 

UK Postage

All UK orders are sent '2nd Class' with Royal Mail, England. If you need your order sooner you can upgrade to '1st Class' or 'Special Delivery' at checkout. Below is a break down of each postage service and what they offer so you know which to choose from!

2nd Class: 2-3 Working Days

1st Class: 1-3 Working Days

Special Delivery: Guaranteed Next Day By 1pmNot Including Saturday 

Local Pickup: 2-4 Working Days - If you live in the local area I offer a pickup location so you don't have to pay postage! The address is given when you select this option but I will send you a confirmation email for when your order is ready to pick up. 

Tee's, Sweatshirts & Bags

Each garment is listed is already completed so ready to be dispatched within 2-3 working days! These are then sent through the post with a 2nd class stamp through Royal Mail to your door! There are delivery upgrades available. 

With any purchase you will receive a confirmation email then a dispatched notification when your items are out for delivery. 

All hand painted items are made to order so please be 100% sure when placing your order that it is the correct size, design and colour as I try to avoid returns due to the amount of labour involved. please do message if you have any questions before purchasing!

Prints

I do accept returns within 3 days of delivery - post items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Once item is received, refunds will be issued back to customer.

Customers are responsible for return charges unless discussed otherwise.

Tee's, Sweatshirts & Bag's

If the item really doesn't fit I do except returns, the item sent must be in its original packaging and in original condition.

- Lost Items -

UK: We do not take responsibility for any orders that do not arrive, as when its left us its in our postal services hands (Royal Mail). I will try my best to help in anyway I can as I always keep a proof of postage when I send off your orders, so there might be compensation for the lost item(s).
